I was scheduled for a yearly Physical but somehow, after I verified with them over the phone, they had me scheduled for another condition follow up... This was the second time this happened. this time it was remedied and I got my Physical.

I arrived at 9:30 am for a 9:45 appointment and did not see the Dr. until close to 12:00. After an hour wait I asked the receptionist if Dr. Ibrahim was in? I explained that I had been waiting over an hour and a half and I wanted to know when I would be able to see the doctor for my 9:45 appointment. She did not have me logged in despite the fact that I had registered at 09:30hrs. She try to put the blame on me by stating that I had singed the wrong tablet to register. Neither of the two sing in tablets had any designation that one was for Dr. Ibrihim and that the other was for other doctors. The issue is that the receptionist did not check both tablets to register the incoming patients. I asked for the lab results to see if need to see the doctor. The results would not be released until the doctor reviewed them with me. Hence, I was scheduled to see the doctor until all the other preveious patients had their consultation. I don't think that was fair. I did see the doctor and she told me that my results were all borderline and was told to take vitamin E and 12 to help aliviate my sleepiness. The results indicated that my AIc, Cholesterol, glucose ALT,and LDL and offered to solutions. I don't think that Dr. Ibrahim is attentive to my medical needs and will not be returning to her care

I did not feel any effort was made in trying to get to know me which is a part of the general exam. I've been searching for a PCP and I feel as though there could have easily been things I forgot to say because I felt rush and not as thought this was a personalized visit. I was recommended to this physician by a friend but felt as though it was very rushed and I was disappointed that I didn't feel comfortable to discuss all my health concerns.
